Unit 8

As I look back over the last few weeks I think I could appreciate the witnessing mind I like it because you learn to live and observe in the moment but not be caught up in the little nuances of the moment. You can be present but not actively involved with everything. I think that meditation is also a great way to learn to experience   peaceful life experiences you need to know how to go to a peaceful spot and channel your innerself at any time and allow you self to be engulfed in you own love of yourself.
